款识：俞明女史清正 海陵圆湛|钤印：海陵圆湛（白） |圆湛（1914-2003），江苏泰州人。1947年至1948年，圆湛法师任焦山佛学院第五任院长，同时任焦山定慧寺住持。1990年以后被中国佛教协会请到海南省三亚市创建南山寺，成为南山寺的开山祖师。
