|此尊释迦牟尼螺发高发髻，面庞圆润，眉间白毫凸显，双目低垂。着袒右式袈裟，下着僧裙，裙腰及胸，衣褶自然流畅。释迦全跏趺坐于莲台之上，双手结转法轮印。下承束腰仰覆式莲花座，莲瓣饰卷云纹，莲瓣饱满，对称均匀。整像反映出康熙时期的造像风格。|此像以夹纻漆金的工艺制作而成，夹纻，亦称“夹纾”、“挟纻”。即先用泥塑成胎，后用漆把麻布贴在泥胎外面。待漆干后，反复再涂多次。最后把泥胎取空，因此又有“脱胎像”之称。此种工艺制作过程复杂，所制塑像不但柔和逼真，而且质地很轻，此像保存完好，工艺精细，实属难得。
