Biscuit porcelain with tricolor glaze in aubergine, yellow and green China, Kangxi period (1662-1722) This Kangxi period miniature vessel is shaped as an archaic libation cup. It is decorated with Taotie masks and prunus and at the beak as well as the handle are figural onsets in shape of chilong with almost humanoid facial features. On the inside bottom is the Chinese character Shou (=longevity).
