Silk with multi-colored silk threads, segmented, backside lined with silk China, Qing Dynasty This large woven silk brocade panel shows a dark red background and is overtly decorated with vines and leaves held in white and gold colors. Six turquoise colored square reserves are sawn onto the brocade, again executed in weaving and with some satin stitches.
