|孔雀石，自青铜器时代便开始使用，是一种古老的天然玉石，因其含铜量高，故呈绿色或暗绿色，古代亦称为“绿青”、“石绿”或“青琅玕”。据《本草纲木》载：“石录生铜坑内，乃铜之祖气也，铜得紫阳之气而绿，绿久则成石，谓之石绿。”孔雀石因其颜色和它特有的花纹犹如孔雀斑斓的尾羽，故而得名，也因此尤为珍贵。此摆件以孔雀石原矿随形而制，微露幽绿，浑然天成。其上石纹起伏跌宕，若卷云连绵，似苍崖百仞，灵动宛然，置于案头，供石所赏，更添古雅苍劲。
