简介：赵泮馨（1884-1961）字芹塘别号不夜居士。山东省文登市人清末秀才同盟会会员。赵泮馨学问渊博能诗善文。精于书法尤工草书为胶东著名书法家。著有《古风集》、《甲午战争志略》、《英租威海划界惨案纪略》、《文登辛亥革命史略》、《辛亥革命文登死难烈士传略》等。款识：辛未谷雨后八日芹塘赵泮馨。
