The drum nail shape cover is one of the traditional style of Mansheng teapots. The shoulder of the pots are engraved with the chinese tradition motto and signed "Ziye". On the other side of the shoulder are engraved bamboo painting. The brushwork is succinct and elegant. It belongs to the literati's rich pottery scent. The bottom incised seal mark by famous teapot maker in Qing Dynasty Yang Pengnian. Inside the cover incised a seal mark of “Rulin”.H:4in(10cm) W:6 1/2in(16.5cm)
