著录：香港佳士得，lot 2240。 |此笔筒以精挑细选的和阗碧玉料雕制，材质碧绿油润，内有天然黑色斑点，这种用料在传世的乾隆朝玉器中常有所见，笔筒仿生雕琢莲叶与花苞，莲叶自然舒展，花朵含苞待放，形象生动，包含「一品清廉」之美意。由于莲花出淤泥而不染，常以此来比喻高尚的品格，是文人雅士常用的题材。本品不论从玉质、雕工、纹饰、器形上都不失为一件清中期玉雕精品。
