款 识：谷川先生属。梁鸿志。|钤 印：梁鸿志印（白） 众异长寿（朱） |日本回流原装原裱||梁鸿志（1882-1946），字众异，暮年号迂园，福建长乐人。清末巨儒梁章巨之孙，从小诵读经史，为人狂傲，以东坡自许。民国成立后，历任法制局秘书、佥事、肃政使等职务。民国4年（1915）袁世凯阴谋称帝，任拥袁称帝的“请愿联合会”文牍组副主任，并为福建省请愿人之一。出任国务院秘书。曾任汪伪政府行政院长。好藏书，长于诗文，著有《爰居阁诗集》。
