题识：嘉靖丙辰孟春，沱江子陈栝。|钤印：子正氏（白文）|鉴藏印：宫子行玉父共欣赏（朱文）陶光（白文）金轮秘籍之宝（朱文）世藏无移（白文）|题跋：陈沱江，道复之子，饮酒纵诞，有竹林之风，画承家学，花鸟写生虽不免偏于豪放，而笔墨则大异俗流，于时遂有跨灶之誉，此杏林百燕图布景丽缛，下笔雄秀，写燕子差池上下颉颃之意态，各极其致，洵名迹也，后人有制为百蝠图者，则雅俗迥殊亦。戊寅初冬，宝熙题。钤印：宝熙鉴定（朱文）|画盒：明代沱江花鸟真品。蒙古三多。钤印：鹿翁（朱文）|题签：明陈沱江百燕图真迹。泰州宫氏旧藏，乙亥秋月北溟题记。
