|▲|作者：黄维翰（1867-1930），字申甫，号稼溪，江西崇仁县人。近代学者。清光绪进士，官兵部职方司主事、候补直隶州知州等职。民国间聘为国史编纂处编纂主任，并被制编纂会、国立编译馆和《东三省盐法新志》、《江西通志》、《吉林县志》诸局聘为编修。笔力雄健，论证严密。著有《黑水先民传》、《蒙服志》、《渤海国记》、《呼兰府志》、《稼溪诗草》等。
