签名：陈侗|钤印：陈侗之印 |「陈侗」|1962年出生于湖南省宁乡县。1983年毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，1986年至今任教于广州美术学院中国画系，1992年至今策划出版实验艺术丛书（EALS），1993年创办博尔赫斯书店（Libreria Borges）， 1998年与鲁毅合作成立出版工作室，并策划“午夜文丛”。2007年正式成立博尔赫斯艺术机构（CANTONBON）2009年获法国“文学艺术骑士勋章”， 2012年与朱加、方璐共同创办录像局。
