章梫(1861-1949)，名正耀，字立光，号一山，浙江省三门县海游人。著名学者、教育家、书法家。清光绪三十年登进士，殿试选授翰林院检讨。历任京师大学堂译学馆提调、监督，国史馆协修、纂修、功臣馆总纂，邮传部、交通部传习所监督、北京女子师范学校校长等职。 黄小痴，浙江宁海人。工书画、篆刻。民国时海上书画家。上海美专毕业，后任美专教师。章梫 观音大士小痴章一山 小痴
