|刘伯骏，笔名老牛骏，1921年生。1942年考入国立艺术专科学校深造，师从潘天寿、吴茀之、李可染、诸乐三、林风眠诸教授，主攻写意花鸟，兼习指墨。1947年毕业后，在杭州国立艺专吴茀之、诸乐三、潘韵诸教授的支持下，潘天寿校长为其在湖州韵海楼举办了《潘天寿门生青年国画家刘伯骏作品展览》，1948年春在国立艺专前任校长陈之佛教授推荐下，与徐悲鸿、李可染、潘天寿、陈之佛等同列在南京举办的《现代名人书画展》。
