款识：辛未谷雨后八日 芊塘赵泮馨|赵泮馨（1884-1961），山东省文登市河北村人。民主人士。曾任县立高等小学校长、乙种商业学校校长等职达24年。1911年加入同盟会。“七七”事变后，曾被各界公推为代理县长。新中国建立后，历任山东省文史馆馆员、省人大代表。精于书法，尤工草书，能诗善文，著有《古风集》《文登辛亥革命史略》等。|
