吴光宇（1908-1970），原名显曾，以字行。浙江绍兴人。幼喜绘画，1926年求学于北京中国画学研究会，师事徐燕荪。曾执教于北平国立艺术专科学校京华美术学院。1949年后入北京画院从事专业创作。曾为中国美协会员。擅人物，取法宋元，以工笔重彩见长，多取历史题材、神话传说及古装人物入画，笔法娴熟，设色古雅，形象生动。曾与其兄吴镜汀在北京等地举办联合画展。亦擅连环画。|
