简介：汪士慎，清代著名画家，书法家。字近人，号巢林、溪东外史等，汉族，安徽休宁人，寓居扬州。工分隶，善画梅，神腴气清，墨淡趣足。暮年一目失明，仍能为人作书画，后双目俱瞽，但仍挥写，署款"心观"二字。有《巢林集》。与罗聘、李方膺、李鱓、金农、黄慎、高翔和郑燮并称"扬州八怪"。 款识：庚午早秋为立先三壻写，士慎。
