简介：朱屺瞻，初名增均，号起哉，别号二瞻老民，江苏太仓人。早年东渡日本学习油画，五十年代后主攻中国画，山水大气磊落，花卉以韵为主，不重形似，酣畅淋漓，亦善人物瓜果。生前历任上海艺专教授，西画系研究所主任，中国美术家协会顾问。 款识：乙丑夏月画于上海，梅花草堂朱屺瞻。
