2 Chinese 18/19 Century Silk Dragon Embroidered Panels; the first an 18 century black silk border with 5 Claw Dragon border and 4 Dragon roundels grasping the Flaming Pearl with laid gold wrapped threads and satin stitch clouds, flames and water; the second a Peach Silk with center facing 5 Claw Dragon and two 5 Claw Opposing Dragons each in laid gold wrapped threads, with colored Pearls on the Peach Ground and a base of waves and loop stitched flowers all with further laid gold threads; Probably the back of a Dragon Court Robe. Age related wear to some of the silk embroidery, a few small stains and loose threads. Height of Peach Silk 41 1/2 inches (105 cm.) X width 37 inches (94 cm.)
