Paul Dubois (French, 1829–1905); 24 3/4 inch high bronze of Mother and Child known as "La Charité". The bronze is signed by the artist to the back, "P Dubois" and inscribed to side of base, "F. Barbidienne fondeur Paris"; the base with the "Collas Reduction Seal" and stamped number "059." Good condition and patina in good condition, with light age related wear to extremities. Height 24 3/4 inches (62.86 cm.) X depth 12 1/4 inches (31 cm.) X width 9 inches (22.9 cm.).
