说起印钮雕刻，就不得不提及“郭家工”。郭祥雄便是其中一位代表人物，其作品风格有别于宫廷美术的华丽与繁复，又高于民间美术的通俗。此作以寿山高山牛角冻石为材，刻画一只鹿卧于印台之上，神态悠然，栩栩如生。且石头久经时间洗礼，已有包浆，摩挲把赏，甚是可人。郭祥雄（1956-1997），福建省福州市人，幼随父郭功森学习寿山石雕，专攻钮雕。曾供职于福州市美术馆，悉心研究古代石刻、瓦当及彝器图案，又得其父真传，其作品立意深邃，古风盎然。
