此本首行“大魏受命”之“命”字“口”部与“卩”部之间石花尚未连泐，四行“鲁卫”之“鲁”字之“鱼”部存左半，为道光拓本。建于三国魏黄初元年 （220），原碑在山东曲阜孔庙。碑末题刻“魏陈思王曹植词，梁鹄书，为宋嘉七年张稚圭按图谨记”。碑现存孔庙东庑。参阅：《增补校碑随笔》第109页、《中国碑帖鉴别图典》第151页。
