邵裴子(1884-1968)，浙江杭州人。1930年7月至1931年11月任国立浙江大学校长。在任教期间，主张“学者办学”、“舆论公开”，办学卓有成绩。蒋介石视察浙大时，动员他加入国民党，被拒绝。抗日战争期间，任浙江省参议会参议、浙江地方银行常务董事。1949年后任浙江省文物管理委员会主任。
