初唐写本1张 白麻纸提要：此段经文前存2行残字，之后起“（自今已去）应如是说戒：‘若比丘先受请，食前食后至余家’”，讫“前食后食诣余家，不嘱授余比丘，除余时，波逸提。”其后又存4行残句。经文完整者存10行，行17字，为姚秦罽宾三藏佛陀耶舍、竺佛念等共同翻译的《四分律》卷第十五之九十单提法之五。这片残经用纸色白而质厚，坚韧，吸水性强。写经者书法风貌古朴，隶书风味未消。墨色浓丽，别具一格。
