全品。撇口，长颈，扁圆腹，圈足，底书大明成化年制六字楷书双全款。此瓶颈部绘山石花卉纹，主纹饰为二方连续缠枝花卉纹，下部为一周如意云头纹。纹饰细弱，发色淡雅，青花采用浙江乐平生产的陂塘青，亦称平等青。胎质坚硬，款识为成化官窑常见式样，釉面微微范青，诸多特征综合为典型成窑瓷器。
