款识：自断此生休问天，杜曲幸有桑麻田，故将移往南山边。短衣匹马随李广，看射猛虎终残年。秉三仁弟清赏，九六叟相伯。|钤印：丹徒马良之章（白）、相老人（朱） |说明：上款秉三即熊希龄（1870～1937），字秉三，别号明志阁主人、双清居士，湖南凤凰人。北洋政府总理。清光绪年间先中举人，继中进士，授翰林院庶吉士。晚年致力于慈善和教育事业。|注：马相伯，祖籍江苏丹阳，中国著名教育家、复旦大学创始人、震旦大学首任校长。杰出教育家蔡元培、民国高官于右任、邵力子为其弟子。
