此郎窑红观音尊造型如一尊亭亭玉立的观音而得名“观音瓶”。外壁通体施红釉，釉色浓艳鲜丽，釉面流动性较强，瓶身越往下红色越浓重，呈典型“牛血红”色。釉面上有冰裂状细小开片，口沿因釉层垂流露一周胎白色，俗称“灯草边”，底部白釉泛黄，有细碎开片，俗称“米汤底”。
