2 Chinese 19 Century Carved Snuff Bottles; the first in cream agate with a carnelian surface in the front carved and polished in high relief with a polished foot rim and a tiger eye cover; together with a jasper snuff bottle with areas of reddish brown to the front carved in high relief with Shouxing reclining with a Deer under a Peach Tree with a Long-Life Crane in the Sky, the recessed base painted with an old institutional inventory number, the cover carved with a Shou medallion in turquoise with a gilt locking mechanism to neck and cover. Good condition with light age related wear. Height of each with covers 2 5/8 inches (6.6 cm.).
