清拓本1册折装提要：是碑立于东魏天平元年（534），碑额有题“大魏天平元年次甲寅十一月庚辰朔三日壬午造讫”，碑在山西，碑文记程氏家族历史功绩。有迟海鸣题签。迟海鸣（1902-1953），北京宛平人，书法家，定居济南。书法得力于魏碑，方圆兼施、宽博古雅，在济南广有声誉。
