此王国维《王忠悫公遗书》本《国朝金文著录表》，书由罗振玉审定，王国维去世后由罗次子罗福颐编订。苏渊雷朱墨两色批校，处处做注，几乎满批。钤“渊雷大利”印，后有鲍鼎作补遗二卷、校勘记一卷，共计一函6册。书虽石印，但为此书最早版本，影响巨大。王氏此表为金文著录表创通了体例，积累了基础数据，得到研读金文诸学者的认可，郭沫若在《殷周青铜器铭文研究·序》中说：“处理数据之方法，则以得力于王国维氏之著书者为最多；其《金文著录表》与《说文谐声谱》二书，余于述作时实未尝须臾离也。
