朱漆木雕，通体以透雕、巧雕等技艺雕琢郭子仪祝寿板。郭子仪祝寿是潮州木雕常见的传统题材。郭子仪为唐朝大将，今陕西华县人，以武功累官至天德军使兼九原太守，因平定安史之乱有功，拜为中书令，封汾阳郡王。相传有七子八婿，均为朝廷大员，每逢庆寿，隆重非常。郭子仪享寿八十四岁，官运亨通，子孙满堂，古时被尊为“富贵寿考”、“繁衍安泰”的象征。
