137郑发祥，著名旅美华侨杰出功勋艺术家。现为美国世界艺术家联合会秘书长兼中国北京代表处首席执行官。曼哈顿大学、华盛顿东南大学客座教授。中国美术家协会名誉理事、北京幽州艺术院院长、福建省郑发祥美术馆馆长。2008年受邀出任“中华名家庆奥运”组委会副主任委员，2012公益中国形象代言人，中华爱国工程联合会授予“杰出爱国人士”荣誉称号.曾荣获纽约世界艺术博览会银奖、欧洲东方艺术大赛特别优秀奖、2010上海国际艺术博览会金奖、2012中国国际文化艺术博览会金奖。
