145申家铳，字钦波，1964年生于河南新乡。先后就学于解放军艺术学院、中央美术学院、中国国家画院、北京凤凰岭书院。曾师从全国著名画家刘大为、任惠中、陈玉铭等。被评为2012年当代30位最具学术价值与市场潜力的人物画家。现任职于解放军某部政治部，大校军衔。中国铁军书画院常务副院长、济南军区美术书法研究院艺术委员、中国美术家协会会员、河南省美术家协会理事。
