英雄瓶也称双联瓶，在战国时期为铜质，至宋、元、明年间发展到以更多样化的材质进行制作，例如竹、瓷、玉等。此器双瓶并置，器口与底部在形式上对称，形成小平口、矮圈足的态势。器身直筒腹，中间以凸起粗棱为界，上腹部绘满勾连云雷纹样，下腹部绘蕉叶纹。双瓶连接处巧饰以雄鹰及似「熊」的造型，雄鹰立于「熊」首之上，展翅欲飞，器宇轩昂。「熊」则置于器身底部，双目圆睁，前爪伏地，后脚支撑，身体蜷曲，「熊」尾上卷，整体造型从器底跨越，极为巧妙。瓶身反面则装饰一条攀爬的螭龙，体态恣意，毫无拘束感。整件器物不仅铜质精纯，纹饰錾刻精美，且整体造型古朴大气，隐约有战国遗风，值得珍视。带座来源:香港佳士得
