带木盒、证书 程均棠（程八），1950年10月出生，工艺美术师、广东省非物质文化遗产传承人。1969年8月至1984年8月在肇庆市黄岗镇白石村石场从事端砚制作工作。1984年9月至今自创办程八砚坊从事端砚设计雕刻工作。2007年4月5日被评为工艺美术师。2008年受聘于肇庆市端砚协会担任肇庆市端砚协会端砚鉴定专家组鉴定专家。2009年5月20日担任端州区人民政府和肇庆市广播电视台联合主办的《中国砚都大观园》电视栏目专家评委组成员。 2009年11月被评为肇庆市非物质文化遗产项目代表性传承人。
