款识：尚玩堂制茶叶罐以锡为材，顶盖作圆柱形，直口，罐身鼓肩，腹部渐收，平底，器型敦厚，有套盖作直筒状，并有内盖。盖顶以“茶韵”为题，刻苏轼诗文一句“戏作小诗君一笑，从来佳茗似佳人”。锡罐外表包浆光亮，色泽沉郁。罐身外壁环周刻诗文以行书写就，刻字雕琢工韵齐整：“草长莺飞二月天，拂堤杨柳醉春烟。儿童散学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢。”为清代诗人高鼎之作，款落“秋汀刻”。诗文之后绘庭院景致，小院为篱笆、树丛围绕，一童子戏玩纸鸢之余，还不忘逗耍小狗一番，与诗文相得益彰。罐底落“尚玩堂制”四字篆书款，应为中国制锡堂号。
