印文：臣冯柏年（朱）冯柏年（？～1870），字鹤崖，直隶天津人。清道光己亥举人，考取内阁中书，咸丰十年充军机章京，后擢户部郎中，简放江宁遗缺府。同治八年九月到省，派充善后局提调。事无巨细，莫不躬亲，凡有益于民者，竭力为之。时大府议裁井普育等堂，柏年以去就争，始另筹米谷，以资接济。九年，补授江宁知府。五月到任，接篆之日，一切执事人等，皆捐廉给资，不受陋规分毫，其清操如此。潘玉进，清朝同治、光绪年间人，为西门派创始人之一。早年随潘玉茂学习寿山石钮雕技艺，对古兽、博古等印章雕刻很有见地，善作浅浮雕纹饰，生动活泼、极具神韵。
