【题识】品三大兄大人鉴正，愙斋吴大澂。 【钤印】吴大澂印、愙斋 【按语】 吴大澂，号恒轩，晚清著名金石学家、书画家，精于篆刻和书画，以篆书为最。顾廷龙先生曾这样概括吴大澂的篆书在不同阶段的特点：“写字则初作玉筯体，后学杨沂孙，再作金文。”他将小篆古籀文结合，字迹规矩整齐，别有情致。此四屏用笔流畅自然，线条粗细均一，结字修长工稳，刚毅平实，沉着雄厚，渊雅朴茂，这在当时是一种创新。
