纸本立轴李益亭(1916-2003)男，山东商河韩庙乡燕家村人，自幼喜欢绘画,寻访名师,行走天下,名山大川尽入胸中,绘画水平日进，成为影响民国时期大连画坛风格的一位海派画家。1937年8月加入中国共产党。1938年8月入伍。历任政治指导员、政治教导员、组织股长、团政委，军分区、师政治部主任，山东军区政治部干部部长，济南军区政治部干部部长，军政治部副主任，济南军区炮兵政治部主任、后勤部副政委，济南军区炮兵副政委。1983年离休，正军职待遇。懋隆旧藏
