齐秉声，字隐闻，男，汉族，湖南湘潭人，1932年3月生于北京。系齐白石第十二嫡孙。自幼酷爱绘画，得齐白石亲授。10岁时，齐白石特赐印章两方：一方为“白石第十二孙”，一方为“齐秉声”，作为而后绘画之用。其创作受齐白石艺术熏陶，领悟较深。作品笔法老辣，泼墨大胆，神趣充盈。1987年6月应邀提供作品参加在日本举行的“中国现代书画美术展”，有作品多次参加国内外展出，并在《人民政协报》、《北京晚报》、《文艺人才》等报刊上发表。现为北京齐白石艺术研究会副会长，北京齐白石艺术函授学院副院长。 懋隆旧藏
