George Ernest Morrison*莫理循 英国伦敦1895年Horace Cox出版莫理循签赠本精装一册提要：拍品漆布精装，内收珂罗版照片30余桢。作者乔治·厄内斯特·莫理循（George Ernest Morrison，1862-1920），澳大利亚出生的苏格兰人，1887年毕业于爱丁堡大学医科。他是一位与近代中国关系密切的旅行家及政治家，曾任《泰晤士报》驻华首席记者（1897-1912），中华民国总统政治顾问（1912-1920）。1894年，莫理循从中国上海溯长江而上，穿越中国西南至缅甸，进行了为时半年的旅行。他将这次不平凡的经历写成一本书——《一个澳大利亚人在中国》，生动记述了清末中国西南的风土人情、政治经济、宗教习俗等见闻。
