白玉质，透雕扁平状佩，局部有红沁。此佩所雕琢的人像的四肢与头顶处有卷曲的龙、虎等神灵动物，为西周时期所特有。西周时期有一类人龙纹饰极为特殊，玉匠巧妙融合人、龙、凤纹饰于一器中，纹饰以一面坡技法雕成，特别是器物边缘的处理，有连续的凹凸棱角，这种棱角表现出人的嘴、鼻、手、膝盖等身体部位，如果与平面上的纹饰结合起来，形成人面的结构，是西周玉器中的典型纹饰。此佩主要以斜刀技法刻出人物面部及其他纹饰，线条流畅果断，形成西周玉饰上经典的阴刻弧面和凹槽。
