香港他山雅集旧藏玉质白色，局部有黑褐色沁。璧外缘和近孔边缘以单阴线为界，中部饰三组龙纹，兽面两侧有伸出的肢体，细而长，似蛇身，交叉盘绕，兽面及兽身的局部以粗而浅的阴线界出。玉璧具有战国楚式风格。 自战国始，在楚文化范围内，出现了大量雕琢兽面纹的玉璧，其中以四组兽面纹者最为常见，但这件玉璧饰三组兽面纹，存世极为少见，值得关注研究。
