香港他山雅集旧藏白玉质，雕作出廓环，全身满工、满红沁，沁色极为华美。玉环边缘出廓三龙首，将玉环平均分为三部分，龙首刻画细腻，眼、鼻均有细致表现，局部可见战国时期常用的绞丝纹。器身以卷云纹组成龙身，纹饰凸起饱满，工艺精湛，为古玩行内所称的“元宝工”。玉环具有战国时期风格。 此玉环较厚，以至于侧面留有足够的位置满雕卷云纹，如果是扁平的玉环，则侧面不可能出现如此精美大面积的雕工，此为本件玉环特殊之处。
