带钩为白玉制成，玉质滋润纯净，玉色淡雅。造型取战国至汉代常见的s型龙，龙首处略窄小，尾端较宽厚。以阴刻起阳的手法雕出龙首及五官，凸眼凹鼻，生动立体。勾身背面近低端处有椭圆形凸起卡扣。带钩，古人用于束腰、钩挂衣物或作随身小物品，或与配饰成组使用。整器打磨圆润，琢造工艺细腻，刀法流畅，游刃有余，实为佳作。
