A BRONZE OIL HOLDER IN THE FORM OF A BIRD Cambodia, Post Angkor period 15th -17th century. The stylized bird-shaped holder is decorated with carved grooves to the body, neck, and tail feathers. Condition: Good condition, with expected signs of erosion and wear to surface as well as a minor nick to the body and a fine malachite-green patina. Provenance: Ex-Collection of The Zelnik Istvan Southeast Asian Gold Museum. Institutional art collection in Belgium, acquired from the above. Dimensions: Height 13 cm
