A Chinese Blue and White Miniature Bowl Of compressed globular form, the rounded body raised on a short straight foot, the short waisted neck with gently flaring rim, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, painted to the exterior with phoenix in flight among dense floral scrolls, a band of triangle work to the neck, the base with the six-character mark of Jiajing within a double circle in underglaze blue.
