Chinese Hexagonal Junyao Porcelain Planter on 6 small feet, the glaze thinning at the mouth to a pale celadon and gathering in drips before the unglazed feet and base burned brown in the glaze firing. Base incised with "Ba", number 8 in Chinese, the inside in light blue glaze with purple splashes to outside. Height 4 3/4 inches (12 cm.) X width 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm.).
