玉质温润，色略泛青，包浆醇厚，宝光内蕴。可见玉质内部点滴颗粒状物，这是和田玉自然属性所致。和田玉成分为透闪石，其内部结构为交织毛毡状，即俗称“棉絮”状，其分布表现形式不同，有大小颗粒的，也有雾状和花状的。配以镂雕技法雕琢两条相对而视龙纹，围一团寿，取意“双龙捧寿”，佩挂在身，以驱邪纳福。
