琥珀项串，色呈橙红，晶莹剔透，为琥珀中的上等材质。肌理内部见有长短不一的冰裂纹，是因琥珀属于有机宝石，硬度和密度不高，百余年受空气氧化侵袭，形成风化开裂状况，此是鉴别新老琥珀的重要依据。 项串由66颗塔形珠编穿而成，最大珠直径1.8cm，最小珠直径0.55cm，均完好无损。珠子外表手工打磨棱面，增强折光闪烁，平添珠光宝气。
